NATASHA WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH A STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO PROCEED WITH YOUR BOOKING.
3.Design
ONCE YOUR JACKET HAS ARRIVED, NATASHA WILL SEND YOU A DIGITAL PROOF OF YOUR DESIGN BEFORE PAINTING STARTS.
4.Arrival

FAQ’s
Do you provide the leather jackets?
Unfortunately I don’t. I am happy to sign post you to high street retailers who I believe, sell cost effective jackets based on your budget.
How do I send you my jacket?
Jackets must be sent tracked + signed for to avoid loss of item which we will not be held responsible for. Please post your jacket at least 6 weeks before desired return date.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Although we are UK based, we have shipped jackets to Germany, Dubai, New Zealand and America! Please allow plenty of time for international orders. All jackets must be sent SIGNED for and insurance cover is advised.
How long will it take for me to receive my painted jacket?
Please post your jacket at least 6 weeks before desired return date. Please specify deadline date when ordering, I can work to a shorter deadline if given notice in advance.
Does the paint last or does it wear off?
Nathasha hand paints each item with great care using the highest quality paints and coats each design with a protective varnish for a permanent finish.
Do you paint on denim?
Sadly not anymore. I will paint on suede but the cost may increase due to the nature of the fabric and extra time it takes to set. No protect varnish can be applied on suede however.
